Our mission is to help you achieve your real estate goals through personal guidance and our models for success. Coaching is a partnership between coach and client. Whether new to real estate or a seasoned veteran, coaching will help you make the most of your time. Your coach helps you to achieve your personal best to produce the results that you want. We are here to help you build a life by design, not by default.

DISC Assessment

Time to take the DISC Assessment. When you have a few quiet minutes please take the DISC Assessment which provides both us and you with your communication style. This will help us guide you when working with buyers and sellers.

Here are the DISC instructions:

1. Head to The Abelson Group Website: https://theabelsongroup.com/assessment- directions/

2. After you read the Assessment Instructions, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select BEGIN TAKING ASSESSMENT.

3. When you asked for your "Response Link" type in 234206QXV then select 'START.'

4. Read the Welcome page and then select "NEXT".

5. Select the assessment for SALES select the COMPLETE NOW button.

6. Enter information and place check in the Data Use Consent and Liability Waiver boxes.

7. Read the assessment instructions and select "NEXT* to begin the assessment. Answer the questions and select "NEXT" at the bottom of each screen.

8. After you have completed the assessment select "SAVE" and then select EXIT

9. Email us at coach@ipc.rocks to let us know that you have done the assessment so that we may schedule a time to review it with you.

Buyer Consultation

Learn how to consult with a buyer and start building a relationship of trust and demonstrate your worth as a tour guide on the path to home ownership. You will be shown a presentation that has a 90%+ success rate in getting buyers to sign a Buyer Agency Agreement. Also get the steps to start creating your own Buyer’s Packet and gather needed resources.

Buyer Agency Contracts

Guide a Buyer through BA agreements and learn how to overcome objections when presenting the agreement to your potential clients. You will be shown how to proceed to the paperwork and never show another home again without representing the Buyer.

Listing Consultation

This class will teach how to give a great Listing Presentation. You will be given the tools to create your own personalized marketing plan. You will be taught where to find the standard Keller Williams’ presentations and customize them to fit your personal needs.

Listing Agreements

Get your listing signed quickly and correctly right from the start. You will learn to fill out the required paperwork to obtain a listing and scripts to help you handle possible objections like your commission rate, and learn to work up a Seller Estimated Proceeds Sheet and set expectations with your seller as to how the listing process will proceed.

Writing an Offer

Now you have your buyer or seller under an Agency Agreement, an offer package will need to be presented. You will receive step by step instructions on writing and presenting offers. This class will prepare you to look like the professional you are when you go to contract on your first deal. An explanation and script lesson will accompany the instruction so you can educate your buyers and sellers and bring them to understanding about the process.

Scripting for Buyers

Scripts are the heart of your business success. In this session you will learn how to handle an incoming buyer call from a sign or advertisement. Learn to avoid just giving the price and hanging up. Every buyer call is a potential commission check just waiting to be cashed. You just have to ask the right questions and gain trust from the customer and get that buyer into the office for a consultation.
